Cute vintage sewing basket with leather handle. This would make a great purse! It has brass hinges and a brass latch. It is lined, though the lining has some staining in the bottom (given its age, no surprise) see last picture for this. 1950s - 60s. Its 11.5 in. long, 5 in. wide and 6 in. tall.
No splits or breaks in any of the bamboo. the hinges and latch are still tight and working as expected. Just a great piece.
